The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, it's in a fantastic location close to Germany and surrounded by beautiful nature, just 3 km from a large mosque.

I did not want to leave there, so totally recommend this hotel. The venue was beautifully appointed and ideal, it met the demands, I loved its great location just off Hörstel, and ferry in Ijmuiden. All the staff was fairly friendly and amiable, settled my issues. The food choices were perfect.

We had a fairly quiet and cosy room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Truly enjoyed the restaurant, where we had breakfasts...

Lovely rather old fashioned German country hotel. Nice staff who spoke good English. Nice location in the country. Dont worry about the industrial estate you pass to get there. Creaky old floorboards, steep staircase but loads of charm. Good food in restaurant.Free wifi connection with good speed.

Only criticism is the dreadful muzak playing in the restaurant - pan pipes stuff - awful!!

During my recent travel, I had the opportunity to stay at Akzent Hotel in Hoerstel. Although it was a short transit stay, I found two features of the hotel quite convenient. the hotel is located just 18 km from the nearest airport, making it easily accessible for travellers like me. the property offers a roundtrip airport shuttle service for the convenience of its guests, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.

The shower in my room did not work properly, which was a bit disappointing.
